|R|ahman banned for scamming me, now unbanned?

You guys banned him, I had tons of proof. Not sure why he is now unbanned 4 hours later. He even dropped my rapier, people like that whether he has been loyal to sythe or not deserves to be perm banned, not just for 5 hours. He scammed 75m - 100m from me... I'm confused?

He said he resolved the issue with you guys, but I have no clue how that would be possible... Even if his computer did have a virus on it and that's how I got scammed, its still his fault and I need to be refunded. But the IP is from the same area from the person who changed the pass, tried changing my email/ recovs and took the 100m from me, IP was from where he lives... I'm beyond confused... Trying to cover his tracks, going to a friends house maybe to scam it so the IP would be different, it was him. There's no way someone lived in the same city and state as him and he had nothing to do with it, the world is just to big... Giving me 20m to make me seam like it wasn't him and that he felt bad, gave it to be before I was even able to recover the acc to see if anything was missing.

 

Based on the evidence there's no way for us to determinate what exactly actually happened with certainty.

 

Okay lets say he did actually have a virus on his computer, its still his fault that I got scammed 75m... Shouldn't he refund me before being un-banned? He says he has 100m...

But the person who scammed me was from where he lives... That isn't rock solid proof? Let alone I also paid him 10m for his services that he didn't do also, so the 20m was for me being scammed, which he should be giving me 75m, and the 10m he still owes me for not training my account... But yeah he was the one who scammed me, the scammer is from where he lives, that's pretty solid proof..

It even says in his services thread that he is not responsible for any rollbacks, bans, mutes, and thats it.... Well I'd certainly say he should be responsible for getting my 75m scammed from me b/c he had a virus (which is a lie)... His other accounts never even got hacked, just mine... The account I gave him 10m to had 100m on it (got proof of him telling me this), why didn't that get hacked... He is lying in front of your faces. Also I should be reimbursed the 75m that was his fault for it getting scammed, that is something he is responsible for, even though he'd be reimbursing me with my own $..


He is responsible for me getting scammed, shouldn't I get 75m, its 100% his fault (he says he has 100m, which is probably mine, got proof of him saying he has 100m). He never did my service, so I guess I gave him free 10m also... (got vid proof of me giving it to him and him confirming on msn).

 

No, that is not rock solid proof.

Seeing as the rest of your post is just "He scammed me, he should refund me," I'm going to lock it. You are welcome to discuss more with |R|ahman to organize whatever compensation you both feel is satisfactory. However, there is no way to determine what exactly happened during your trade, so, nobody will be banned.
