I think you are right. His IP addresses matched with DwayneCarter's, and they had the exact same market interests and activity.

For the record - 7777777 was actually created in 2009, 3 years before DwayneCarter was created. But oddly enough, 7777777 never posted until yesterday. It must have been an old account he made and never used, because Dwayne Carter was banned 2 days ago and then suddenly 7777777 begins posting in the same markets looking for Dota2 that Dwayne was active in when he got banned, also looking for Dota2.
