Explanation of the trade:
How they scammed: Made me pay 1660$ that his rank scammed his customers because the rank scammed me and I made scamming worth it for his rank to scam him as well

I'll start off by saying secnx is an idiot. He creates these situations from his absolutely terrible money managing. Secnx was a rank in ddyce who didnt have access to applepay or zelle. Those 2 payment platforms being the largest we receive as hosts. So secnx would attempt to partner up with every host who had these platforms. Overtime every single one of them scam quit due to secnx stupidity. k9 and dwarf being 2 recent situations that come to mind. He would have these ranks collects THOUSANDS over their max. So when an opportune time came they just walked away. Usually with secnx money and another bettors money. KO who would be completely unaware of this would get stuck having to repay the bettor who was scammed. Over time he learned it was secnx who would create these situations. So he started having Secnx send additional deposits for whoever he used as a applepay/zelle partner. Even with the additional deposits these ranks would be holding thousands upon thousands of secnx's money from gold sales/bets and just walk away. The ones who didnt scam usually got their accounts locked/seized. It started becoming a huge issue because secnx wasnt doing any verification for his gold sales. He was taking fraudulent payments and didnt give two fucks. So to say it lightly KO had absolutely ripped secnx a new one for this crap. Fast forward to hormone situation. (The rank who scammed that secnx was forced to pay out) the reason secnx was held responsible was this. Hormone has a max. He took a large bet and split out the majority of it to secnx. The bet hit and secnx immediately sent the money to hormone. Which is not what we do. If you take a very large bet and the bettor hits. Ranks send directly to the bettor. (it helps stop potential scam quits). Secnx not giving 2 fucks sent the entire thing to hormone. Who then kept the bettors original bet and the amount secnx lost. Secnx knows you're not supposed to do this but cares very little for paying attention. (Seriously he's a fucking moron with money) Because secnx didnt follow the rules and helped incentivize the rank scamming he was held responsible. There's really no way of explaining how many times he's been told to stop doing this shit. It didnt matter and he continued doing business the same way. (He was making so much flipping he didnt care) Secnx became so desperate for applepay/zelle holders he started using customers. Which is a huge no no in ddyce. You're not supposed to loan bettors in any way shape or form. It tends to lead to them keeping w/e funds and never betting on us again. So we make sure it doesnt happen. Secnx being the idiot that he is used 2 customers as applepay partners. Tony was the first and immediately scammed him for 1500+ USD. The second customer was Mythic. Who just recently ghosted secnx for 2800+ USD. Words cannot express how stupid secnx is with his money and how he handles situations. He creates situations were users are heavily incentivized to scam. Unless he learns to give a fuck no one else is. If I spent 10 minutes going through conversations I could probably find 3-5 more of these situations he's personally created.

 

1. secnx has scared away all of our female ranks, he messages them asking them to get naked, to have sex ... apparently the new clan he's a host in (KOS) a rank there told me all the woman have him blocked cuz he's disgusting

2. secnx broke clan rules (Hormone) Took a bet, secnx covered most of it, and instead of paying out the customer directly he sent the money to the rank thus bringing hormone way over the max he's allowed to hold and caused the rank to scam quit cuz he was holding so much money, THIS TOOK PLACE 8 MONTHS AGO, he's only bringing it up now , because i caught him trying to lure our customers and banned him yesterday

3. 1-2 weeks ago secnx scammed one of our customers because he stated 'he was angry'

4. yesterday this kid was in our discord trying to lure our customers to get bet elsewhere,

5. this kids a disgusting human being, a drug addict, and possibly autistic, i fired him, i banned him, but he keeps harrassing my clan and finds ways to get back into our discord

This kid has done this many many many times, and has been warned many times.

And last week i believe the last day he was a host in my clan he tried scamming a customer, i raged on him and he finally refunded , the kid has a screw loose



Please TELL THIS crazy person to stay away from me and my business, he's literally nuts

 

1. I trolled ranks but never harassed them the way you say I do.
2. Hormone received money from the customer and asked me if I wanted to cover it, and the 1700$ is separate from the bet hormone took. That is an additional 1300$ that I paid out of my pocket I didn't even report that. This 1700$ is OTHER CUSTOMERS BEING SCAMMED BY HIM, it has nothing to do with the bet.
3, That customer I took 50$ from scammed me previously but I repaid it anyways.
4. I was gambling with people from your discord in another place
5. ur the only person with proof of drug addiction
6. The reason I made the report now and not back then is because you can't hold my 11,000$ rank hostage anymore to do whatever u want to me.

 

this happened like 8 months ago, you were at fault, you paid because it was your fault, and only now are you bringing it up because i removed you from our discord , because you were caught trying to lure our customers to bet elsewhere, as far as you stating you only 'troll' you literally made a rank quit last week, you said in voice for them to get naked , they havent been back since, and one of your fellow clan members in your new clan even confirms it

1. your a liar
2. you were at fault and paid out as you should have
3. you waited 8 months to make a report because you and all the ranks know it was your fault
4. your getting nothing and quit harrassing me, i dont want you near my clan get lost

 

he scammed last week, and only reason he gave it back is cuz i raged on him and threatened to fire him , these are facts Secnx is scum.
Anyways im done responding to this, he's owed nothing , he paid out the money cuz he broke clan rules and was 100% at fault which is why he said nothing for almost a year

1. I've personally witnessed you harassing any and all females that enter the discord. Ranks, bettors or other customers. So much so they've reported you to the owner and he had to have a talk with you about it. I've also witnessed KOS owner coming and directly speaking to me about you're weird ass actions towards females in discord. It's an ongoing issue and it's why I told you we would see a documentary on you via youtube. When you successfully became a serial killer.. We joked about it but I truly believe you got some serious demons and enact them on females whenever you can.

2. You were held responsible because of you're actions that lead up to him scamming. Because you sent him the money it helped incentivize him scamming. You knew he was over his max. You didnt stop to think about it and just auto sent. So hormone was holding the original bet and the loss you covered. Which pushed him to scam. It's because of this we tell ranks to always send to the bettor directly. Especially when the bettor openly accepts btc payout on his apple/zelle bet.

3. You broke the rules and used a bettor as a applerank cover. The bettor collected $1500+ and ghosted you. Thus creating issues for ddyce. He could of easily kept the money and walked away. Never rebetting or using our services again. This was blatantly against our rules. Luckily the bettor continued using our services and openly laughed at you. KO refused to allow you to anti scam him because it was you're own stupid mistake. Fast forward several months later and Tony attempted to purchase GP from you. You tried keeping his 50 and called it an anti scam. Until KO deranked you and forced you to pay it out or you would lose rank. You quickly repaid and got reranked.

4. You broke the rules of ddyce when you bought into KOS. For some reason you thought you would be able to host in ddyce and KOS at the same time. You even told me to message KO and let him know you bought into Kos.

5. Secnx I know you struggle with alcohol addiction and heroine. It leads to a bunch of you're mistakes you make. I'm still actually you're friend but you shouldnt of made this thread. You've been so lax with you're money for so long. You've created numerous situations because of it. We told you 1000x if you dont care about your money no one else will. I hope you get the help you need bud. Wish you the best of luck in the future.

6. Please stop creating issues between our 2 servers. We've had a very good relationship with KOS for the past few years. Our ranks respect their bettors and they respect ours. We dont go out of way to try and lure or cause damages to KOS. In turn they do the same for us. You openly trying to lure one of our bettors is a no no. Both clans/discords agreed to keep peace. What you did could easily get you kicked from KOS. Please keep in mind you're shooting yourself in the foot.

 

Anyways the part that infuriates me is how twist told the scammer to pay him back what he scammed me and he can join the clan again. Like u ask me to pay everything he scams and then u tell him he can join again if he pays u what he scams me. Man get out of here lol

 

Twist went back and deleted the messages but I screenshot everything. He has no credibility in anything that he says. He will say anything to win the case.

This is him telling me that he is fining the scammer the same amount he owes me. And him deleting the messages aka he's a liar and he wants the money for himself.

So you deleted your messages about fining hormone the same amount he scammed me, but you didn't delete the messages about customers and gambling, and you're saying it's to protect your discord? No it's because you don't want to reveal what you're planning that is why you deleted that or else you would have deleted your other messages about gambling and customers. I told hormone, he can rejoin the clan IF he pays a fine which just so happens to be the exact amount he scammed , yes and i did this on purpose hoping it would anger you, because your a scamming. luring piece of ****, and if you look at our dm's i've deleted many many months worth, its protocol , i do this with every rank i ever fire or left on bad terms, as to not get another server or account banned, which is none of your business tbh.

but focus on the purpose of this entire threat you created, YOU want a refund , which is NOT happening, you broke the clan rules, you sent the money directly to the rank instead of the customer causing the rank to go WAY OVER the amount he's allowed to hold

That is the scammer in the screenshot telling you what you want to hear so he can get in easier lol. The person's information you are showing here, is literally the scammer we're discussing about. Anyways this report is about your host scamming your customers, not me. You made me pay it because he was also scamming me on the side and your argument for not paying it is that if he didn't scam me, he wouldn't of been motivated to scam you. You're right I was infuriated this morning to find out you told the scammer to pay you everything he owed me.
