Reporting CandyCan

Hello, I made a purchase of 6 Runescape membership pins from Sythe member CandyCan. I have completed the payment and CandyCan said he never got the money so he never gave me the pins. I think I have the most important pictures of the chat. He kept logging of and switching accounts, which know I realize that he was doing it so I couldn't take pics of the entire log.

His reply to my question on page 2 regarding me not getting pins is that he had never talked to me on MSN. This is not true because the first conversation that we had I asked him to post on his thread "Talking on MSN." which he does on page one.

My goal in posting this report of CandyCan is to simply get my pins that I have purchased or get my money back. If banning him is the only option, let it be.

As you can see in the 5th picture, he wants to log onto my paypal to make sure the payment went through, or he claims to. No legit seller would EVER request such a thing.
