Scammed by sykotik

I sold him 20 Counter-Strike Global Offensive Breakout Keys for $1.9 each. We made the transaction through a middleman, as shown in the pictures below. Here is my conversation on Skype with the buyer:

And this is the group conversation with the buyer and the middleman. As you can see, the time he said he sent me the payment is the same as the time I recieved the payment in my paypal account: 13:40 PDT = 11:40 PM in my country, Romania. At the end of the deal you can see that he confirms that he got when he paid for.

Then he charged back.

I know I am banned, I just want to report this user. Maybe you can give me some advise how can I win this dispute.
