Even recoveries were the same IP

 

I see nothing but an IP match up, there is no other link that I can find associating the evidence above to Humpo being a ban evader.
Matching IP's seem common in the country which these IP addresses trace back to. I'll leave this open for another mods opinion however.

 

I'm finding nothing that would link the two aside from the IP matches, which is entirely understandable. Closed.
