Also, having the same dev sometimes results in similar products, aka their 'Style'. The dev responded saying that Fear's product is not finished at all, therefore im not sure if its plagiarism YET.

Although looking through similar reports in the past, i would take this up with your dev for handing out your custom made projects and selling them to other users and why is he re-skinning them. It would be more appropriate to report them rather than @Fear if thats the case.

it's not the style , the images are made by @Jason which i paid for that he stole. also the text I paid someone to write which he stole

 

also the developer advised him not to make it live nor advertise it since my things are on there, yet he still did

 

After reading the proofs submitted by both individuals,

@Fear was shown an example of the site and the product he was interested in purchasing. Fear agreed that the product shown was worth something to him and offered a price. Dev agreed on the selling the frontend to fear. Fear know it was a complete ripoff of another users site (whether he knew or not that it was @Jacky 's project). The dev, instead of telling him not to upload the code, actually helped Fear to edit the payment arrangements to fit his site properly.

That being said, @Fear knew that the site was someone elses (or at least shouldve through basic common sense). The entirety of the content belonged to @Jacky. The content is an exact copy from pictures to text.

@Fear will be banned for 1 month for the following: Plaigarism

I HIGHLY would recommend you have a talk with your Dev @Jacky
