1. Giving me BULLSHIT about how, he downloaded a virus!

2 I decide to join cc of the account, as i left account in cc, hacker decides to talk to me? really...which hacker has time to talk lol! seriously...anyway hacker has a cool story, as the one provided by this guy on msn.

3. Proof of the fact, he didn't keep this account secure as promised to me!

4. Says he sent a recover request, as u can see on top of msn window, but the guy is still in cc and so am i, talking to him (how is this possiable). Also I dn't understand why the hacker would be shocked, when i said his going to get banned? lol..

5. Hacker kicks me out of cc? lol...maybe his trying to show his not logged in and his now recovering the account...also at this moment he tells me on msn his geting ready for work and to give him 10 minutes. (i believe, this is the moement he was taking the wealth on the account)

6. I ask him for proof, that he actually sent a report for the account that has been hacked but he refuses and rather spends the time saying his got work and arguing with me.

7. After he says he has recovered the account, i said i refuse to login and he says he will change the pass from "syler" so he can secure password, yet he doesn't so i decide to login into the account - which his not aware of as his "gone to work" at this moment. But my point here is why wouldn't he change the pass even though i said to him am reporting?, anyway for the sake of it i have changed the pass to the account for his sake. (so, that anyone read this report does not go and access the account)

Well, he claims its a hacker i would like to ask the question, why the hell would a hacker take all tradable items and leave untradable items such as the cls? which takes ages to get and achieve?, am sorry but i never heard of a hacker that would leave such item in the bank...i would believe hacker would just pk with it something?

i don't know but a recovered account wouldn't show last login ip, aswell as having the recoveries, already set? - this is clear proof that he says he didn't go on account after recovery was complete yet his ip matches.

Overall, i believe this account was never "hacked", it was clearly recovered by himself and i believe i have provided enough proof of that.

He agreed to my terms and conditions in the pm he sent and my account buying thread that if he recovers that he will be Perm Banned on sythe, and he fully understood the rules regarding this.

Also, if his willing to pay me back for the loss of everything such as the payment of account and the items that were on account, i think not. As i can't proof of the wealth on account but there was a good amount and i wish not to mention, aswell as wasting my time to train the account from 80-85 dungeoneering. So i just need him perm banned as its a waste of my time and the community of such people to do such things, especially to legit traders like myself.

The stupidity of this whole thing he did was the fact that, i use these accounts for botting, the second i log off msn to give myself a break, the account is "hacked", SOME FUCKING BULLSHIT!, this guy had a longtime to warn me about his computer being sent a virus and stuff. Its funny how it all just happened when i pm'ed him on msn, concerning the account was hacked.

First thing i would like to start off saying is, Last night, I was directed to what i thought was a youtube link, I clicked this, And immediatly, my computer started saying something about a virus on my computer, and started doing some loading thing. Then it was shut off, I tried to restart it, but it would not let me log back in to my computer, Therefore i had my friend, Who is an it, and does websites/computering for a living help me out, He made me do something, and it basically restarted my computer back to yesterday, before i clicked the link.

Second, When i got on msn, It was about 2:30 est pm. I set my status on msn as away, and got in the shower, When i came back he had messaged me, So i asked him whats up. He said the account was recovered, And i checked my account, everything tradeable was gone, 300m+, completely gone, and sitting in lumbridge.

I quickly sent in an appeal, to recover the account i had sold him, And he began to calm down, it was about 3:15 est pm, i have to go to work at 3:30 pm est. I told him i had 15 minutes, What the password would be when it was recovered, And i would talk to him more at 9:30pm when i got home, before i left, the appeal went through, i supported him with the tracking code, and a pic of the email saying it was accepted, but he continued to CAPS LOCK saying he wanted proof i recovered the account, which i already supported, he cut bits and pieces out of the msn convo to make it look like i would not support the proof.

It was time for me to leave for work, i told him the pw was syler, and all should have been fine, that if it gets recovered again, i would have jagex wipe every peice of info off the account, and give it to him then. He kept bitching, and screaming.

before i left, since he refused to log in the account, i decided to log in it, and see if his items were there, But he was sitting in the same exact spot as my pure, that was cleaned, so i didn't bother, That is why my ip is on the last login.

Now, He says i am scamming him, but why would i decide to recover the account for him, and ask him how much he lost, and offer to try and pay him back when i make some more gp. Also, i left the pw to what i said, and it is now not that, Now, that is fine with me, but if he wants to say im scamming, why didn't he pm me on sythe, or leave my pw the same, and ask for a refund, or simply report me.

Thanks, Let me know if i missed anything, and know, i have done what i could to help him, he just doesn't want to accept the fact that i did recover it for him.
