Need help guys

The first 2 day he was doing the job but the next 3 day he didnt played on my account as you can see https://imageshack.com/i/idmW1V8bp, he played 13 games in lose in a week so that's pretty much 10 games win. I ask him for refund for not doing the job but he refuse to give refund coz his saying his doing the job as you can see he only plays 5 hours or more game time in a week, I can play 5 hours game time in a day 4pm-9pm and he was gonna boost me bronze 3 to gold 5, I started with Bronze 3 72 lp and week later im bronze 2 64 LP. The normal League of legend booster does 1 division per day so this result is probably 1 day worth compare to other booster but he has week to do it. I need your help guys to convince him to give the money back, since i just found a new guy to boost me there trustful and verified. I Believe his stealing my money by not giving it back coz he didnt earn it.

found out he close his shop day after i post this, he still has my money. Please Sythe message him on skype to give refund

 

We cant literally force him to give you a refund - However, I've banned him in the mean time and told him in order to be unbanned he will have to refund you the amount that was not Boosted.

If he doesn't refund you, you can chargeback the refund amount yourself. Call up PayPal, and or your bank and go from there. Alternatively, you can resolve it via PayPals dispute centre (on your own PP account).
