    So uh, not sure how to go about a report like this/if its against the rules which i'm pretty sure it is

    this thread should give you everything you need to know, skype IP's match each other, and sythe IP's, also tries to get people to vouch for him before actually buying something claiming his "Friend" needs vouches.. he then goes on to admit that his sythe account is shared by his friend he knows irl..
