Explanation of the trade:

The original deal was $1600 for 3500 images, along the way 89 more images got added and many other things were ordered.

He placed the order on 15/06/2020 started 18/06/2020 and I was supposed to finish it in 2 months, which didn't happen untill recently. The deadline got moved multiple times mostly because of me underestimating the workload and just not making deadlines time after time, which is on me altough there were a few things going wrong on his side aswell.

1. He lost access to his old Discord, he added me back a couple of weeks later.

2. Other orders got placed by him meaning the deadline got moved

3. Some issues with his website, I used to grab the names from the backend of his website. The alfabetical order got messed up causing me to create duplicates (duplicates I didn't charge anything extra for) eventually that stopped working entirely and I was supposed to grab them from the website itself not knowing the website was live or even the name of it and no one told me for weeks.

Probably some things I forgot I'll repeat that not making the deadlines was on me for the bigger part, Legends always agreed to move it and I finished the entire order about a week ago.

He got them in pieces though, it's not like there was 0 progress for months. I was working on it and I did update the shared Google Drive frequently.

So at this point every single piece he ordered from me is on his website but hasn't been paid in full.



Here's him acknowledging he owes me $266 after that a few extra images got added, images I offered to do for free as I felt bad for delivering his order this late. He has asked me to also include those meaning he owes me $270,775.

Last week I finished the last ~400 images, after asking him about the payment today he basically said I had to wait for months as I didn't finish it on time keep in mind he's using images he didn't pay for on his website. I don't think he has any intention of paying at all.

Out of the $270.77 I think only about half is still money owed for the images from the original order, the other half is stuff that got added in at a later point and those got delivered on time.

To summarize:

1. The order got completed 100%.
2. He is using the images.
3. He is refusing to pay me.

He basically wants me to make a report so he can make a 'fool' out of me for not delivering his order on time, if I don't he'll probably never pay me. So go ahead @Legend

Staff, you can see the terms we agreed to. I know I fucked up by prepaying him, but what can you do, I trusted him. Let's get some things straight.

- You did not make any progress for months
- You constantly made excuses and lied about deadlines.
- You are lying and stretching the truth in this report right now.
- The images we're supposed to be completed 8/15/2020, they
were completed 3/10/2021.
- I told you multiple times, I am going to pay you, I just want to take my sweet time just like you did with my work.

There was in fact, 0 progress for months. You're such a liar. I literally even told you, i am going to pay you, however I am going to pay you in the same way you did my work.

It's a shame I don't have access to my other discord because then I would show how he was promising the world before I chose him for the order.

@Skeer I'm going to have to give you a TWC for the amount of times this deadline was extended. Please try to make more reasonable deadlines for yourself to avoid this in the future.
