Explanation of the trade: £20 for use of software

How they scammed: Paid for kitty keys 5 minutes after instant block, telling me to pay extra to be able to use it. I understand why they have this system in place - to stop key sharing, I hadn't used software in over a year so I didn't even have a license for software. Screenshot of bot saying it's only just applied a license for me. This was all within 10 minutes of purchasing and trying to use software, I only own 1 PC.

Hi,

Customer rebought subscription to the plugin (20€). They got their discord account linked to my service automatically HWID locked due to CPU change (as per ToS).

Terms of Service channel

After this they decided that they are entitled to free HWID reset as they just bought the access.
Whoever will be handling this report, let me know if something is needed from my side.

 

I did hope you’d be able to help me without me paying as I did change cpu’s 6 months after not having a license with you, and another 6 months before buying product.

I asked if you could hold subscription until I get paid to which I was told wasn’t possible due to limitations, i’m sure cancelling my sub and re applying when I get paid next wouldn’t have hurt at all. I’ve bought access i couldn’t use from the second I got it after all, it’s atleast courtesy.

The TOS is around changing HWID while having a license. If it had been written clearer saying if ‘you’ve ever had a license with us’ I would have had a far better understanding.

However the bot only gave me a license after me paying in top screenshot and i certainly didn’t change anything in the 5 minutes after receiving a license.

Choices aren’t slim when it comes to buying botting software and you’re making me feel penalised for showing my support to yours.

 

@JumpIfZero how much do you charge for the HWID change?

 

HWID reset is 10€ regardless of the plugin bought (private/custom/premade) and subscription type (time limited/permanent)
