    "W0W" is a Scammer.
    He posted a thread saying "selling level 123 with quest cape". I opened up the post and I found this
    He quite obviously took a recovery picture from someone else, he took a picture of a random High-Score, and he obviously stole the "quest cape picture" from a guy named "Turbo242", as witnessed on my reply at the bottom of his post.

    Check this guy out.
