    His last seen is the day he vouched, I assume he registered the account to leave a vouch, I do not know who this person is or have any kind of association with him.

    I live in my village where my ISP shares same IP address with multiple clients, and sometimes 1 digit difference.

    So idk if he lives where i live.

    if you could find me his discord i'll try to find the conv between us and provide evidence of the trade.

    Given that the vouch is more than five years old, we understand that maintaining trade records from such a distant period may not be feasible. Additionally, I am inclined to give you the benefit of the doubt regarding IP matching, considering the considerable time lapse since the vouch was made.
