Scammer Cheesemagic69 - Sold banned account

Explanation of the trade:
I had sold Cheesemagic69 an med-level account on February 2nd, which I am the OO. Cheesemagic69 later contacted me in mid-February, offering to sell me the account back, as he no longer needed it. I took his offer and purchased the account back on February 16th. These trades went smoothly. Later, on February 18th, Cheesemagic69 contacted me again purchase the account again, this trade went through again.
On March 6th, I was contacted by another Sythe user requesting to purchase the same med-level account. Knowing that Cheesemagic69 had previously been interested in selling the account back, I contacted him on March 6th, seeing if he was interested in selling the account back to me and splitting some of the profits. He contacted me this morning on March 7th that he would be interested in selling the account back to me. He then accepted payment, and went off-line. I completed an account recovery of the account, and was notified that the account is now banned.

Cheesemagic69 should not have accepted a deal and to sell the account back to me for an account he knew was banned, and he should not have accepted payment. I would like a refund of the 20m, or would like Cheesemagic69 to be banned.

How they scammed: Told me that an account was available to be purchased, he logged off discord after accepting payment and after account was recovered, I realized it was banned.

I've applied a DNT for the time being. @JaranideAccs is correct in that you should not have accepted his offer knowing full well the account was already banned. Kindly refund the 20m back to him.

There isn't a rush as long as the user is DNT'd, which he has been. A DNT(do not trade) rank stops his ability to visit marketplace forums or PM on sythe, this will forever remain until he clears his debts with you. He was online just a few hours ago on sythe, feel free to link him this report on Discord. If he chooses to not respond after seeing the report, then a ban at that point makes sense which any staff member can apply.
