Elan Fraiman is a scammer

Account name of Elan Fraiman: Nubre (Nubre), and he might also be Rapidpk, which is one of his old aliases.

He posted his Skype in [EUW] Selling EUW Account 108 skins 1.2m score

Anyway, Elan Fraiman filed several "Unauthorized" chargebacks for MapleStory currency, which were instantly resolved by Paypal for some reason.

This dispute was resolved months ago, but I'm just posting this here so he's added to the list of scammers.

Some parts of that screenshot are censored since it detailed a secret currency transfer method I did not want to get patched.

Can you tie these payments with some proof that it was indeed him that sent them?

Why report this months later?

I already reported this on another site immediately after the chargeback took place. I'm reporting this here as well since I found out he has an account here.
