Scammer by 'Evan273'

Ok so i got scammed by Evan273. I was selling 1b via paypal. I've seen other threads in the archive with people saying Evan273 has scammed. In one of these threads there was proof that his msn was different to the one he told me to add, why? Here is basically how the convo went on msn.

i asked if we could do it in increments and he said sure, so i traded him 500m and told him to send the first payment in which he said 'what did you use to verify your paypal adress?' because he was saying the fees were too high. I then said i wanted to get my 500m back and not go ahead with the trade and he basically absolutely denied doing so, saying 'it cost me money to add the money to paypal, you basically made me waste $400 and i have to use it tonight, you cant back out' etc etc.. so after asking multiple times if i could have my money back and him constantly talking utter bullshit and saying i was being, i quote, 'rude as fuck' for wanting to back out in the 'middle of a trade' even though he had sent no money at this point i decided i almost had to give him the other 500m so he could send the money with less fees. so i did so, told him to send the payment, he told me it was sent and then said 'brb i need to go and get black ops' went offline and never came back on, and of course, no payment had actually be sent.

Last night i pmed him saying 'Thanks for scamming me..' and posted on his vouches thread warning people,NEITHER of which have had a reply....why?? because he knows he scammed. Please go on Evan273's vouch page, look at my reply and ask him why he hasn't said anything. I am currently trying to recover my msn convo with him but might not be able to do so.

We need proof of the actual scam taking place, otherwise we can't do anything, Sorry.
