t3h ub3r shweet/[email protected] is a scammer.

On the 29th of January, I sent a payment through Paypal to t3h ub3r shweet/[email protected]. It cleared on the 3rd of Febuary




t3h ub3r shweet said he never received the payment even though I had proof I sent it to him and it cleared.
He kept saying there was a 'glitch' in Paypal's system because even though the transaction was in his history, he said he never received it.




I then file a claim on Paypal to get my money back but in the reply message, t3h ub3r shweet says he already gave me the account and that I'm trying to scam him.
Even though he didn't give me any accounts and all I have done is sent money and tried to claim it back.







Even though I haven't gotten my money back yet. Can you please ban him as a scammer. Thanks.
