Resis a Scammer (5mill)

i bought 5Mill from him for 12.50USD

and he said i have to wait 30 minutes for him to get it from his friend from singapore. i waited for bout 15 minutes and he logged off on aim. i waited for an hour because i thought he we will come back.

now i cant get my money back and waisted my 12.50USD

how do i make a file on him

or do anything to get my money back.

hes been using so many paypal emails. and he has no vouches

also

many people has been scammed by him.

if you are not going to do anything bout it. please tell me how i can report him or get my money back
