Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!: In the report linked above you can see raidboosting and elojobbing's skypes, which are now unresolvable presumably because they are now unused
Resolving accelrateboosting (his skype as seen here: http://i.imgur.com/gYlhgcW.png), we get the same IP. It's a home IP in a suburb of toronto, either he's a vader or that one household has a weird tendency to produce multiple master tier players

both master tier boosters, both have similar low prices, both get vouches almost instantly upon opening shop on sythe from people who only post on their thread never to be seen again. also both seem to be scammers judging from the active reports against accelerateboost lol

 

Along with the scam reports all this together is definitely too much for me to be comfortable leaving him unbanned.

I'll see how his dispute goes, but for now, banned.
