Hey id like to report this guy 3than_07 bought osrs acc from him, then he said he will recover acc for me and then stopped responding, snd he is selling same acc there again

And also i requested proof that he sent recovery request but he never gave me any proof, if he rly tried to recover scc for me he should show proof of acc recovery

 

This is a very false claim.
I will own my negligence for not acting on this sooner and reporting this to sythe but this person is suspected of being involved scamming himself.
I sold 2 accounts using Oracle MM service.
Within the first 3 weeks the other person who brought an account had somehow locked it, likely due to multiple people trying to use these accounts.
Which I then helped recover the account for that person after coming back from vacation, Oracle can vouch for this as there was a ticket made and proof of recovery via discord DMs.
The day this account in question was "recovered" and the other account I had sold was BANNED for being involved in DM scam staking within the same day or two.
I suspect both users who brought these 2 accounts are a part of the same system of people who got banned for scamming and he's claiming I've scammed to get their money back because that account is at risk too.
I had spoken to MrDeadKingz account account 1 was banned for rwt/scamming and then shortly after Posnacik messaged him claiming I had recovered account 2 which is suspected of being involved in this scam with account 1 too.
I can provide full screenshots of these conversations tonight and proof of helping someone who had LOST their account and I was able to transfer it back over.

 

Honestly i care only about mine account, dont care about anyone else, they can check ip, location and everything, i just bought account because wanted to play, acc was taken back so i just want my moneys back, becuse i have no money and no account, because i am worried that acc will be again taken back, id like to get my moneys back and we can close this report as resolved, you alrdy wrote me you got this acc recovered back its in your hands so just send me moneys back and we are fine

 

As much as the importance is getting this resolved, the extreme coincidence of this very poor.
I am happy to refund the customer the amount paid but I am not accepting being classed as a scammer when no such scam has taken place, if anything, it's the complete opposite.

Under my TOS I offered the account I never stated I would refund and only provide full warranty.
Am I okay to give back the account and refuse the refund?
He has claimed he has reported the account to Jagex.

@Kanye I am selling the same account which he lost due to HIS negligance 2 months ago, why is this only being reported as a scam now? He lost his account, I never offered a refund in any of my TOS, I have helped people getting their accounts back if they have lost them. This is HIS problem for letting the account get hacked off of him by someone that wasnt me.
