New Paypal Layout?

While buying gold today, I noticed that the layout for sending payments via paypal has changed. It used to be categorised into Business and Personal, where you could send payments in several ways. Now, it's been changed into sending payment for "goods and/or services" or to "People you know (family / friends)".

To avoid conflict with paypal, and due to the fact that the people I trade gold with are almost always complete strangers, what's now the safest and most secure method of payment? In terms of chargebacks, legal issues, etc.

 

No, it's still the same 'layout' or format.

Send money with the options of 'Purchase' or 'Personal'.

Send money via 'Personal' and under that 'Gift'.

 

i believe services will be the best, just tell the buyer to put a note with it bla

 

Theres no way to send to make it less likely to charge back.
The only way people can win a dispute is Unauthorized which Paypal always sides with the Buyer because intangible goods are not covered by the Seller Protection Policy. Chargebacks are between a person and the bank (credit card issuer), Paypal has no say.
