Pharlap might be a scammer or is it Jagex who blocks

Hello,

As I was playing OSRS suddently my acount wich i have recently bought 15th of februari, has been locked because it might have been "stolen"
So, the guy who i bought it from isnt responding and his skype havent been online for a long time ago, now i dont know if he recoverd it or Jagex blocked the acount? he probably blocked me on skype. He promisd me also too vouch after i bought the acount the next day because it was late and he had too go too sleep. but he never did that too and went "ofline" on skype and never came online anymore. So idk what i need to do.
He hasnt been online on Sythe for a couple days also.
Still got skype conversations so.

If you want to give him some time to reply to you, that's fine, but I'd recommend getting this handled now, then we can ban him until he helps you get it back or refunds you.

There's a report on him there about account recovering, so yes, it's highly likely he's tried to do a runner on you.
