Possible Scam?

Ok well I recently Bought 85-99 mining botted from BaYBeeZ. The account is only lvl 91 mining and has had no activity within a week. I have all proof of Me purchasing it Via Paypal and Private messages on sythe. I will not be posting any evidence Yet because He seems pretty legit (has good vouches and proof that he has gotten mining to 99). Maybe im just freaking out but, I have pmed him about it 8/29/2010 and he logged in 9/3/2010 and never pmed me or anything.
