Briefly explain the trade: I agreed to go first. Handed over Steam login details for the account he was buying. Then, after attempting to get details to a different steam account "Armed Whiteboy" says he sent the money, but I'll have to wait a while since it takes over 30 minutes for the money from India to reach me via PayPal (I'm in the US). It has been over 4 hours and I have gotten nothing, including any update from him concerning the deal (ignored me--see trade screens.).

How they scammed: Did not send me $15 via PayPal for the "purchased" account.
