ballersgold bitcoin refund issue assistance required please.

Hi guys, i received a private message from video advising ballers had handed him the bitcoin which ballers arthur had scammed from me. link to thread scam report ballers gold

So the issue we have is that he needs to refund the bitcoin which was sent 0.16486616 shown here.


Ballers refuses to refund my bitcoin and rather refund a lower ammount btc equating to the value in usd of the trade. Which i believe is irrelevant as in any case the ammount which was scammed needs to be refunded.
e.g - someone scams 50m you would refund them back the 50m. So is the same case with bitcoin. If ballers had issued a refund in reasonable time then we would not have this issue. Rather i have waited a long period to here anything from him.

Any input would be helpful as i am not sure what to do.

As with many other scam victims, debts are repaid in the USD value that was lost at the time of the scam. At the time you lost $470, which is what I have in repayment for you. This ensures that scam victims do not lose money because of a change in gold/btc prices.
