Blackmarketer impersonator/scammer

Overview:
We talked for ages about me selling gp to him. He acted really unsure and gave stories of being scammed etc. In the end we agreed to use an OMM so he added him to the conversation. I requested a pm, he gave a poor excuse of being unable to send the pm. He had supposedly traded with him before, since saying "I only use..." He continued to try make excuses and very poorly cover up his big mess up
