If you look very closely, he trained stats while he was banned to make the account look different. But, he forgot to train Agillity, which is still 88, the Farming, which is still 89, and the Smithing, which is still 80. On top of that, both accounts have 145M dungeoneering xp. And furthermore, all of his banned Skype accounts have been from Belgium.

Mods can take any extra verification steps, but I believe that this guy needs to be permanently kicked off the forums once and for all.
