Why If I didn't give you the 400m I said done, you never reply to it instead block me directly?
You said you waited too long on second screen trade where is the proof? If in that case you must DM me on discord ask me to press accept but there's nothing proof of your words. Our deals, my part went smoothly. I wanted the account to play since its been a long time i haven't play rs. Now i don't want the account, i want my money back. Dont want this all bulshit you make me go through.
All my bad decision trusting you too much doesn't mean that you have the right to scam me and get away with it.

Haven't scammed you or anyone else on this forum, I have been trading 07 and RSPS gold since 2014-15 via other marketplaces. 400M does not affect me financially in the slightest.

Sadly I didn't record because this never happened to me before. All my action you can see on my discord chat. Literally you can see from his statement he is lying about things. Firstly I never wait for 2nd screen for 10 min. Just for few sec just to make sure 400m u? and he said me. i accepted it, he deleted the message and block me straight away. Second I didn't force him to give the details of the username which he said that I force him and annoy him until he block me because of that. Literally you can see he is manipulating because he has the upper hand on this because I trusted him soo much. I have lost 400m because of him if I u decide for him to refund, which I bet he wont too. I will proceed to do drastic action. This is literally me being the nicest behaviour don't want to waste time. If we could settle this peacefully I will put an end to this.

My current progress is im in contact with Mod Twisted for osrs which will trace where is the money goes and ban his account and whoever link to it. For runewild I agreed to cooperate with them to find the diamond account. IDC if I get banned from both of this since I have no account or value that I risk. Its either me cooperate with them and loose my 400m and chances of yours too or refund back my 400m.

I'd like to say extensive research when into case before dropping verdict and quite few of staff members have given input into situation and dug into this case before giving possible verdicts. I was given few options on how to close this but there really is only one route to go here.

In the past we have ruling in case like this were a seller has claimed not to receive the gold. In these situations we require a GIF or recording from the buyer, when buyer doesn't have the evidence to satisfy the requirements, we have assume the trade didn't happen. unfortunately this one of them cases were buyer doesn't have the evidence of delivering the gold and seller has claimed to have not to received the gold, at the end of the day, providing proof is on the buyer to present as were court and not police, therefore we have assume the gold was not delivered.

however, there are few things here which are not quite right:

• The seller quickly edited his thread straight after the transaction, this was something the seller has brought up and something I noted in deleted post which I have make public here.
• The seller went back and change the messages in the discord private messages here and here, notice how the 400m me is removed.
• The seller instantly blocked the buyer straight after chat logs which would show that a trade was conducted.

This behavior is extremely sketchy but sadly we don't have evidence to support the trade actually occurred, I believe this behavior is enough to place TWC. This rank will extend to the "seller" other accounts such as @ee383838 , @svensk4040 , @miketsukami .
