Outo is a scammer

Paid him to do a service of 83 hunter on one Ironman and 70 agility on my main Ironman and he didn't touch the agility and only got hunter to 67... Also took over 25m worth of items from my bank

I was wondering how can I steal the bank of an account that has a bank pin and like 50k worth of gear on it

Aswell I would still continue the order but the password is changed and brittle12 wont answer me anymore

 

I haven't got a single message from outo.... And it went from a 28m bank to like a 2m bank.. and outo was the only person that was on my account and I log on after he never answered me back after like 3hours of messaging him. So I logged on and instead of being at fally for agility agility hasn't been touched and I was in lumbridge basement with nothing in my inv.. (left tele runes for him to tele to different rooftop spots) and checked my bank and everything valuable was gone

 

If you'd like I can send the last message between us to prove he hasn't messaged me

 

I sent another message to Brittle12, trying to settle the situation

@Brittle12 unfortunately we cannot prove loss of items.

If you would not like to continue the service, @Outo would need to refund you the cost of uncompleted levels. Please let me know when this is resolved.

 

Well as long as he doesnt go to my bank I'll have him finish my 83 hunter on the first account and then 70 agility but he's got to respond to me.

 

I'll give him 6hours to reply he still hasn't.. if he doesn't he owes me 22m back

I'm sorry to be a pain but can something be done? He hasn't even replied to me of where I should meet him at to get my refund let alone refund me
