    How they scammed: He recovered his account.

    I doubt he would have given correct answers for the recovery though.

    User was online and ignored the report, therefore I've banned him. Sorry for your loss @RocknTroll. For future reference do more research prior to purchasing an account as they can be recovered at any given moment (with or without the use of an MM). Your best route is to purchase one whenever it fits your budget from someone extremely reputable, or have your own account hand-training by reputable service providers.
