Money Sent, bad key + no refund.

The user "maciek1o3s" seems to be scamming. His post selling STWOR keys (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=10154835&posted=1#post10154835) is where the evidence is provided. In short:

I sent him $30 for a deluxe key, he then PM's me back after I sent the money saying he sold all his (10) deluxe keys to "someone" (who has YET to vouch for him), and will send me back $4 in the difference between standard and deluxe. I say okay, then he sends me the key which ends up being a deluxe key (even though he said it was standard) and it doesn't even work. Hasn't even sent me the $4 dollar difference either. It's been 24 hours+, and he's admitted that it was a mistake but isn't doing anything to solve it. Has refused to give me a refund and is signing off mid conversation.

If you can help that would be great. I want a refund as I cant trust this guys keys, and who's to say its not going to happen again with another key. There is no way to test the key prior to using it. Thanks all the same for the help.
