Explanation of the trade:
i worked out an agreement with xldino (the lead dev of polar plugins) that i would get in exchange for my loader system a lifetime key to their plugins, plus dev time to equal about 200$ in value,.

the loader was supposed to be done 1-2 max as shown in screenshots, you can also see ive inquired about getting the time we also agreed to and keep getting ignored put off, you can also see he admits to me hes working on other peoples work apparantly and stuff and just not delivering on our agreement alltogether,.

Hello there, this is biggs. (@b.ggs). I had to make this account as it was sent to me by somebody, and I dont personally use sythe. Anyways- I'm looking at what I see here, and I can see where you are coming from - THOUGH , I have not been contacted at all about this, you've never made a ticket about it either. Myself AND Dino have both been sick (not that it's an excuse) so we have been a bit slow on things. I have created a ticket, with yourself and dino aswell in it, to see what went wrong and what we can do to fix your idea of us "scamming". For one, we haven't even put in your "loader" because you yourself didn't even make it. And as far as I know had no instructions or explanation on how to actually use it.. this is publicly shown on other plugin servers, where you've said many times you had someone else being paid to develop these thiings, so of course we havent implimented, as we havent been active recently. I personally believe this may be an attack on us because we declined your ask to want to become a developer for us. At this time we aren't even public, nor in a release ready state, and you know this, as well as did know this before you made the deal. Now I will let dino speak for himself on the topic, but from how I see it, you're upset we are taking a little longer than expected, but as far as I KNOW - you have not contacted myself via PM, nor by ticket to discuss this. I await your reply so we can hopefully resolve this, as I know for myself & dino, neither of us are scamming so however we can make it right, we will. As far as anything else, I cannot speak on it as I was not involved in the deal. Also, im unsure why you're sending code of enableRun?.. lol EDIT: added gyazo screenshots of the only DM's I've had with Shiesty relating to anything to do with myself. So I'm saying now, sorry for the misunderstanding, and if you want us to either send you your launcher back & agree to not use it, or if you are wanting dino to continue and finish - we can do that. But I do not appreciate this sudden post while you haven't bothered to contact. Sythe mods, if anything else is needed please pm me, otherwise I will leave Dino to go on his part aswell. Thanks.

 

EDIT 2: I would like to add on, that in these screenshots, the "agreement" was a probably. Not that I am defending it, but there was never any "Definite delivery date", I'd also like to add dino was replying when he was available, and although you asked, he answered explaining he had a lot on his plate, as shown in the screenshots provided by you. Also showing that you provided Dino a launcher with no explanation of how to use it. Now I will take it and say we could have done better with communication, but to call us scammers because you were impatient, and also the fact you've said multiple times you're "broke" "done with plugins", and "out X money". This is all very fishy to me, and if a sythe mod could please check into this, it would be much appreciated. Again -I don't know the full PMs of you two. So I will leave it at this.

he thinks its okay because he said prob. 1-2 days that 3 weeks past delivery with no communication is acceptable, when in fact he has had the src since the 19th, and he has the knowledge to get it fully working, as you also see in the screenshots, he is busy working on another custom plugin, how do you have the time for this when you have not delivered on what you have purchased from me ?

there is no resolution to be made here, so now i will just let the sythe admins handle this . i can and will gladly provide any other proof i can that is needed

 

I have tried my best to come to a resolution, appolagizing for the wait, etc. I am currently waiting on a response from Dino - so he can chime in here. Again, if anything else on MY end can be provided - I will do so. Thanks

theres no resolution to be made, they continue to think they are not in the wrong for not delivering on a eta of 1-2 days 3 weeks later, they have bannned and blocked communication with me ,. please let me know what proof is needed to keep these guys away,.

You were banned for false accusations, spamming in our general chat, after we went over all of it and you didn't like the outcome. You've lied and said we cut code from ethans, you've also put us in a position where it was "send me $ or your source code or im reporting back on sythe" and at this point, we take it as blackmail and also as a threat, so we've blocked you. which you then went into other plugin creator discords and started spreading more rumours, only to make yourself look silly. I'm done with this. And NO, we do not sell LEECHED code. infact we havent released or sold a thing yet, aside from private stuff, which - if needed - I can have those customers vouch for myself AND dino. Thanks

if you are looking to provide plugins (which is easy to add malicious to code to) it's pretty reasonable to expect not only communication but a strong foundation of trust. providing neither doesn't sit right with me. i dont care what you are selling or who wrote what in all honesty. what i care about is someone did something to help your development and gave them no reason to not feel scammed. at worst this is a scam, at best it's terrible business.
