    Amount scammed:190m from the bank account 219m for the service performed (service charge hasnt been scammed yet, he may refund still)

    Explanation of the trade: I paid his worker Zom#7379 for an account service and after 3 days of no progress I was upset and canceled the order. After lucky told manager to refund me I changed password then logged into my account to see it was empty, everything in the bank was sold and in GE history. even MOG were turned in and crystals sold on ge. literally everything gone. totaling 190m
    How they scammed: took everything from my account

    First and foremost sorry for this too happen. We always get to the bottom of things and try to get all the information so the moderators can then make a decision based on the information provided.

    There is a view things that i believe should be added tho this report:

    The strength xp tracker: progress was done everyday as can be seen on the image below. So statements were false that no progress wade made for 3 days straight.

    That chart is only projection. Can confirm work was not done on account because I took it back over on the 25th. And worker confirmed no work done that day. So impossible for strength to be climbing on the dates shown in the graph

    proof of password change before work started. I was busy with work and got email screenshots messed up in chat with lucky. Here is the proper screenshot. Password was changed to a temporary one while I was shopping for service. I knew what I would be having done just not by who, so it was changed to be ready to start asap when I settled on a provider.

    In my personal opinion I feel that the evidence provided is fake. @BruhhBro you first stated that you had already deleted/lost/couldn't find the email for when your originally found it and provided an email from a month before the service started. Though you were magically able to find the evidence, but the picture seemed a little off to me. See below.

    The first picture is taken from a discord conversation that you had with lucky, the from/to and date are all aligned with one another.

    In the magical email that you manage to find, the from/to/ date are not aligned. I don't know why this happened but my only guess is that you decided to edit an older email to throw a date to make it seem that you changed your p/w before the service started.

    Though, i'm not doubting that you were scammed, it's possible that someone that you paid before still had your information or that one of Lucky's workers stole your stuff. But you agreed to lucky's tos stating that they will not be held responsible. So there isn't much we can do here as there is no solid evidence pointing to Lucky's discord being held responsible. But fyi, lucky iirc this is the second time the worker, Zom, has had some trouble with a ticket/customer, i'd make sure he's good to go, because if it becomes a trend it could end negatively for you. Sorry and good luck to you both

    edit: Forgot to add for those wondering, yes I did ask for another picture of his "found recovery email" but he said he had cleared his inbox so he doesn't have it anymore. Please refund the remaining gold from the incomplete service @Lucky Charm at your earliest conv
