Why you think they are ban evading: In my topic someone called him out as "vader" so he responded:

He is most likely a scammer too, he told me on skype he would get an official middleman to hold his paypal. Obviously no OMM would hold paypal. He was desperately trying to scam my gold and when it didn't work he slandered my thread. Please delete all his posts on my thread, he ruined it.
