Okay so pulling this from the pictures he posted.

this picture looks like i invited him to skype? he never told me his skype name. i did however tell him my skype name.

 

That is not his Skype.
His Skype is "live:simpson.tylernba"

Now we just need to work out whether or not you were trying to fraud him here, what's your excuse for speaking to two people? Both the imposter and Ty?
