Requesting TWC or Ban on Mrrange

^He pmed me trying to buy my 07account.

We got on skype and I approached our trade very cautiously because I knew he had just joined sythe and his profile was already suspicious.

Without asking for a price, he threw up a price I wasn't even expecting to get, but demanded I go first. He's brand new to sythe expected me, a semi vet with a few vouches from over the years, to go first to him...
To me, that was a red flag. I knew right away I was dealing with a scammer. I protested that he should go first and we could lower the price to 15m 07(~$15 cheaper). He goes on about how he's been scammed before blah blah, he just joined sythe for god's sake...

I then said i'd be willing to lower the price to just 10m 07 if he went first. He still declined. At this point, i wasn't going to sell to him no matter what anyway, so i decided to see if he could atleast prove one ounce of legitimacy by showing me the 20m in 07 ingame. He said he'd have no problem after the account was his and the email changed. This guy is just crazy dumb, and even though it seems impossible for anyone to fall for his bad scams, I'm here requesting that he receives a mark of TWC or even a ban, which I'm sure he'll evade(I've been seeing a LOT of recent joiners like him). Maybe that's not the thing to do, I'm not sure, so I'll let whoever moderates these forums decide, but thanks for reading All of this and please make your best judgement of this case.
