I had recently joined @Techie Services to make some extra gp, and after unfairly being dismissed (in my opinion) from an order, I had requested a refund on my deposit, knowing that I had no active orders under my name which usually prevents such request from becoming possible. 9. The deposit is 100% refundable. You must provide a 1 month notice so that any orders that you're working on can be completed.

The 1 month notice is so that any orders you're working on can be completed.

Perhaps the order may still be active, but as the above states this does not prevent my deposit from being paid as such, only an order I am working on can, and he confirmed himself I was no longer apart of that order, all that remained was payment for my part of the work.

He has since not replied to me/refusing to talk to me, stated a mod would look into it but failed to name one so that I could make my case.

This whole scenario could easily be resolved by him sticking to my contract clause specifics, I await my full 100m 07 refund, we can dismiss the unpaid work's pending payment, I just want out and see no clauses that I agreed to preventing this.

 

Nah I did originally write about that dispute, however as you didn't mention it, I will.
The customer broke one of your terms of service, me telling him so was me being hostile.
The term of service was the one about not logging in until service is complete, the possible reason for macroing ban, customer himself admitted it was probably Jagex, cannot show logs of such since you removed me soon as I stated he broke the terms of service he adhered to. He logged in multiple times without permission from either of us, breaking the terms of service and clearly causing the ban as I have screenshots of milestones in Pest control points.

You yourself also pinned the geolocation switching as a highly possible reason, not sure why you are only bringing this up now though.
