Scammed by TobyL65

So i requested a torso service from TobyL65 today and he logged out of my account (i say cause i was on a noob account) so i decided to log into my account to see how the progress was going. Unfortunately when i got onto my account i was surprised and honestly deeply disappointed to see that my ENTIRE bank was gone. Every item of value or that was tradeable was gone from off my account. and i was sitting in lumbridge bank with nothing. This scammer has gone with about 10m in items and gold. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do about this since im VERY new so im writing it here, i also have reason to believe he changed my sythe password because it was the same as my RS password and i am unable to log out.

Can you please submit a new post to be merged into this that has screenshots of the whole convo & the skype ID that aren't cropped, also proof of your account being cleaned - do you have before pics? After pics are necessary.
