scammed by Thefrostman

I paid him 40$ for a pumpkin and another 10 to take 50m junk for it so i sent him a total of $50. he said he had a junk problem and couldnt trade me the pumpkin anymore after i sent him the money and that he would just refund it. all of what i have said above can be comfirmed by reading our pm's in my private messages. anyway, 2 weeks has gone by without any refund comming in. he finally logged on on msn and when i asked him about the refund he instantly logged off. once again, out entire conversation can be found in my pm box. the below pictures shows that he logged of immediatly after i mentioned it and that nomnomnom is jgraber7 (look at friends list to the right)
