Badger, too active, too impulsive. Acts without thinking.

Yes i am mad. Very. Really mad. I hate being wronged. I want to shout, but Badger/Sythe can't hear me, so what's the point.

If your a big fanboy of badger please don't flame me. I know his very active in the past days. But look at what's his done to me. It's increasing pissing me off.

WHY AM I GIVING THIS FEEDBACK : Firstly, Badger infracted me for warning others not to purchase a LEAKED guide. I told them what the method was ( it was all over the INTERNET ), and i got infracted. I kindly pm'ed badger regarding the issue, he then removed it because he knew it was his FAULT.

Next, just a day or two after, I get a PERM RUNESCAPE GUIDES BAN, meaning i'm now unable to access the RuneScape GUIDES section. For what reason?

For selling Someone else's guide.

If Badger were only more cautious & careful in dealing my issues, I would have not gotten any blackmarks/infractions.

Look at few posts below, you see "legit on 4 u" posting a vouch for me, as i gave him a FREE COPY of the guide so that he could verify, thus, improving my sales.

"a++ seller! guide veified! 3 diffrent methods, all sensational and 1 even being profitable! all are extremly fast and well thought off amazing !"

Now, let's take a look at the guide i supposingly leeched from

Although he created the thread on
:04-02-2009, he did not bump/post much as he had not much response. It was in the guides section until June, as no moderator verified. He did not ask any other moderators to verify, too.

If you look one post below his topic, 2 minutes later, someone supposingly purchased his guide for $50, an extraordinary price for a guide. 2 minutes to do a sale?

"WOW!!! Nice guides, worth buying, i went 1st, he didnt scam!!! HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!!!!!"

30 secs to read post; 30 secs to add msn; 30 secs to talk; 30 secs to send money C & C /send guide?

No way!

Then, look a few posts below, you see slovakia21 stating that the vouch was fake : "LOL, fake vouch. unbelievable. You worked out a deal for $50 in 2 mins. fucking idiot"

Below Slovakia21's post, trusted member s k i m m y agreed the vouch was fake.

Now look at the bullshit legit one 4 u says, he claims his sending to a moderator to verify, but nope, no verfication.

One post down, Rvr posts : "Hello gentlemen, LEGIT ONE 4 U, tried to scam me. If you trade with him - then trade with caution. Don't believe him when he offers to use an OMM and then you ask for a private message from that OMM and legit one 4 u replies back with "sythe is offline for that OMM sorry but his email address completely matches, i'll pay to!" fuckwit that is the oldest trick in the book."

Then, there was another sale, the 1st actually LEGIT sale on 6 - 24 - 09, that is 2 days after my guide was published & after he verified my guide for me.

Another two posts down you see zzack13 suspecting the guide.

Then JUST yesterday, around 2 months after he "socalled send the guide for verification", the guide was verified by BADGER, a new moderator.

So it takes 2 months to verify a guide; WAIT! Before that, badger wasn't even a moderator!

Now , badger probably has contacted Legit one 4 u regarding his guide sales, and of course, legit on 4 u, being a general asshole, sent MY guide to badger for verification :

THis is what badger said :
"Two months, probably patched.

Closed until he allows any mod, including me, to verify.

EDIT - Thread opened, the two methods work. As of 6/25/09 they work, please remember they can go out datted at any time.

Verified."

Weird, how come, just a day or two of legit one 4 u having verified my guide, all of a sudden found a new rwt method himself!?

Weird, how come months before there was no response/only negative till now, when he sends 'his' guide to badger for verfication.

THATS OBVIOUSLY MY GUIDE! -.- Although i have not chatlogs with legit one 4 you , proving that he actually did receive my guide, you can see the 'vouch' that he left in my thread.

Time Line

6-22-09 - Legit one 4 u finds a new rwt method ( orly ? ) and rebumps his thread.
6-22-09 - He gets pretty much flamed & owned
( 3 hours later )
*take note i have never posted/added him before, until he offers to 'verify' my guide ( steal actually ). If i did purchase, he certainly would have stated in his thread or i would have vouched.

6-22-09 - I open a thread on my RWT guide, with various working methods.
( 6 hours later )
6-22-09 - Legit one 4 u asks me if he can verify my guide through MSN, i agree, he vouches on my thread.
( 2 days after my thread has opened, 2 days after some successful sales! )

6-24-09 - legit one 4 u probably sees this as an oppurtunity to make money for himself.
6-24-09 - After so called 2 months of waiting legit one 4 you gets his guide verified by a new moderator "badger". Badger wasn't a moderator 2 months ago , was he?
6-25-09 - I send Badger my guide for him to verify. He then bans me for stealing. I think he must be :nuts:

Sigh, would i be so stupid to allow the same moderator that verified the guide i so called "stole from"?

Please take more time before giving such serious bans.

Even though he didnt PM a moderator to verify his guide, you were still copying him. Please dont attack me for giving my opinion.

The thing is i didn't copy someone else's guide. He copied mine.

If u check the dates, etc. The first verification.

The fact that he KNEW MY GUIDE on 6-22-09, and got 'his' verified on 6-24-09, and suprsingly our's are the same , with me copying his.

You know very well that mods can act off of gut or impulse. Just look at the crap you got me into. I still havn't had my dispute looked at..that's just the way it is. Sometimes on Sythe it's not what you got in trouble for it's how you handle it.

BUT i do agree with you when you say that he is too active on the forums.

TBH if you look at any thread in the RuneScape forum catagory you'll find a post by badger in each one at least once or twice.

He is a postcount hax0r and just wants a new user title. I honestly have nothing against him except for the fact that he needs to keep MOST comments down to a minimum.

He didn't have the Guide in the first place. He just had a fancy post date in his original post, so that his Thread was made at an earlier time, but decided to bump his Thread once he had achieved said method.

If you read it, then you would've obviously seen that he sent his Guide to User 'legit one 4 u', and then User 'legit one 4 u' was selling the Guide he "verified" a few days later.

That's not even the main point. >_<

But seriously, you would need to send a Private Message to an Administrator reguarding the issue, and/or make a Scammer Report in the process. I'm sure the issue will be dealt with, so just give it a little bit of time to blow over.

You don't have to flame everyone that disagrees with you. I'm just saying that mods have a lot to do and they sometimes shoot then ask questions later.. and I used that as an example..plus I never saw you get ban. Anyway I agree with you just chill out.

 

Here is what happened.

I was contacted by legit one 4 u, he asked me to verify his guide and I said "okay"

Durring the verification i noticed that the names of the methods were the same, and even typed out the same, I then asked him who he sold this to and uselesspoop's name came up.

Uselesspoop's and legit one 4 u's guides are EXACTLY the same, I'm willing to bring this to a global or admin.

Being that legit one 4 u sold it to uselesspoop, and they were the same it came to me that uselesspoop was selling the same guide.

I just saw the the post that you gave him a free guide

I will request a reversal, and that legit one 4 u gets the forum ban. I'm sorry for this problem and I promise it won't happen again.

Well, since he ACCIDENTLY gave you the forum ban instead of Legit, I feel this is solved.

Accidents happen. And, instead of making a huge deal about it you could have simply pmed a mod or Badger and solved it instead of attempting to make him look bad.
