Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:

On his new account (that matches the old one via IP audit) another user states that 'Lol Pro Booster' tried to add him on the same fake "nytrix" account:

Banned. IP match to tofreaku5, aswell as same proxy he used to create tofreaku5's dispute.
