    What he did:
    He sold me an upgrade before, and everything was fine. He sold me another yesterday, took my gold, but didn't upgrade me.

    Proof:
    I have a video, splitting it into parts to put on YouTube just now. If a mod replies I'll PM him the video links (once they are up)
