Users will be banned for 3 months for the following:
Interacting on Two or More Accounts/Sharing Accounts: you are strongly advised not to create more than one account at Sythe.org, but, if you do, ensure that the accounts do not interact. Sharing accounts is not allowed.
Self Vouching: Self vouching is when you create a vouch for yourself using another account, or with fake quotes. The first instance will result in a three month ban (with a 90 day non-appealable TWC following unbanning), but if there is a second encounter, the ban will be permanent.
Fake Vouching: Fake vouching is when a person is given a vouch by someone else for either doing nothing, or for the sake of increasing vouch count. This rule also covers stealing other peoples' vouches and passing them off as your own and using fake quotes. The first offence is a 3 month ban, and the second is a permanent ban.

Check on how all three profiles the gamertag: 'Runescape' is.
That could be coincidence.

THIS CAN'T BE COINCIDENCE.

Story;
I tried to buy an upgrade for 11m from him, but when I told him to post on the MM thread, he didn't post.
Probably because he had no upgrade at all.
His knowledge about sythe wasn't the knowledge of a newcomer either.
I think that he might also be a ban evader, but I can't link an account to his (yet).
