SoftEther took $625 USD worth of Bitcoin for OSRS gold, 3 days later no refund or gold delivered

Explanation of the trade: They accepted me going first and I paid the BTC into their requested wallet and then they said they couldn't deliver the gold because their mule account happened to have been banned with 4b OSRS gp on it, he then offered to UK bank transfer me the refund and even showed a realistic looking screenshot of the transfer but all he has been able to say since then is that the bank aren't open/he needs to speak to the correct department/they've frozen the transaction etc and now today I've finally decided to report him because he must be having a bad day because he mustered his worst excuse yet "they said you will 100% have it by the end of the day". So yeah, still nothing showing in my bank account and I have video/screen recording/screenshot proof of my bank account with no transfer received from him, my local bitcoins where the BTC was sent from etc.

How they scammed: Advertised bulk gold on a donor status account with some vouches, didn't deliver the paid for gold, instead kept lying about why I hadn't received it yet to maintain their reputation and forum status for a few more days probably to steal more gold/crypto from other people
