MageBets Owner Admits to Federal Crimes of DDoSing and Extortion on Video

Graham, the sole owner of www.magebets.com has been orchestrating DDOS attacks on both www.runebet.com and www.bigboibets.com on several occasions. Denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks are considered a federal crime in the United States and most countries worldwide. The punishments for such attacks generally include years of imprisonment. The first attack, starting on August 13th, lasted at least 2 days. The second attack, being the most recent, started on August 26th affecting both aforementioned websites. The vicious and highly illegal DDoS attacks caused both RuneBet and BigBoiBets to be fully dysfunctional and neither website was able to perform daily operations. In both cases, thousands upon thousands of dollars were spent trying to restore services and an undisclosed amount (we will attempt to give an accurate figure to a Mod or Admin if requested) of revenue that was missed out on.


Runebet owner, Smite, spoke with Graham (MageBets owner) earlier today via Telegram in a 35 minute conversation - which the MageBets owner openly admitted to attacking both platforms. Towards the beginning of the conversation the MageBets owner fully denied that the attacks were being orchestrated by himself. Smite then proceeded to provide proof that the MageBets owner was indeed paying someone to DDoS both RuneBet and BigBoiBets. Once Smite provided a screenshot of a snippet of the conversation in which the MageBets owner and the DDoSer “Jason” were negotiating prices to DDoS both RuneBet and BigBoiBets, the MageBets owner in the call suddenly started to get nervous.***the screenshot Smite provided: http://prntscr.com/ki5gk4 *** MageBet owner finally admitted the attacks were being orchestrated by his entity. Smite asked if the attacks would stop, which the owner replied “I wasn't really planning to stop them”. He openly admitted that he doesn’t mind investing money into DDoS attacks as this is leading to an increase in business for MageBets. The MageBets owner says that RuneBet and BigBoiBets are big competition for him and taking them offline is the best thing for him to do.


Smite then asked again, if MageBets would stop the attacks, in which the response of “I think we’re fine right now” was given. "I'm fine with continuing them. I don't really see a problem....everything is fine for me" the MageBets owner stated. Graham then trollishly stated that he would accept $1M USD in order for the DDoS attacks to stop. Smite then asked the owner if he offered $10k via BTC, would Magebets stop the attacks.

While the conversation continued, Smite willingly got the owner of MageBets to confirm his identity by posting in their main-chat on their website multiple times throughout a 10 minute span. In the video, you can clearly see the MageBets owner typing in the main chat of MageBets, and you can see that he is the owner as there is a admin crown next to his name. Having said this, it was verified that Graham is the owner of MageBets throughout the video, where Smite specifically highlighted that through the MageBets official discord. Smite again proceeded to offer $10k for the DDoS attacks to stop. In which the MageBets owner said the $10k USD would only be good for RuneBet, BigBoiBets would have to pay more. The MageBets owner then proceeded to state that “it’s good business for us to do so” in regards to questioning the DDoS attack and that he does not consider ethics to be much of an issue. The conversation finally ended with the MageBets owner stating that if Smite had any further ideas on how to pay MageBets to stop DDoSing RuneBet and Bigboibets, he would be available to discuss.

In conclusion, this video clearly shows that the owner of MageBets has been orchestrating DDoS attacks on both RuneBet and BigBoiBets. Since he is committing several felonies, breaking global laws, we (both RuneBet and BigBoiBets) request that MageBets and any entity associated with that platform is banned immediately. We're aware that @Magebets has a DNT but we would like to make it known that they are doing much worse than impostoring other services. The video above has time stamps in the description where you can skip to any part you would like and have the owner of Magebets admit to his actions

 

Also for what it is worth, the day that the 1st DDoS attack occurred Magebets had an advertisement banner up on the top section of Sythe in an attempt to gain traffic while both Runebet and BigBoiBets were both offline due to the DDoS attacks

i know insane amounts get traded in rs gold, i dont know an exact amount because i have never personally traded.

and maybe these sites are in a large enough market to make millions, but, noone is going to invest a million into a new site with a market this size.
