    Explanation of the trade: Made an order with Dbuffed for 30x accounts to be trained. For reference: Screenshot - 956e851f9bdc411b63e7f87182951341 - Gyazo

    How they scammed: To start off I want to say this is not a scam report. My order has been severely neglected and what was initially meant to be completed within 3 days is now nearly 1,5 months later still not completed despite several times dbuffed has given a deadline on when the accounts would be finished. Everytime I ask for an update I get the same response of him being busy irl. I have been very reasonable and understanding but the line has to be drawn somewhere. Firstly if dbuffed is so busy, it makes me really wonder why in the first place he would take my order of 30x accounts, knowing well that I need them finished quickly. I specifically emphasized that I would need them to be finished quickly and we agreed on them to be completed within 3 days. It's a large order so I didn't expect them all to be ready within 3 days but within 1-2 weeks at most. Additionally, there was a worker of dbuffed seeking for a job in the same ticket but I didn't want to take more before this batch of 30x accounts would be finished, so if dbuffed didn't have the time to train the accounts due to irl issues, as an experienced and a longtime service provider he should know to give some of the work to the available worker instead of delaying the order on customer's expense. The thing that is most disappointing about this is that dbuffed told me several times that the accounts "will be finished on the weekend" but everytime it's delayed to the next weekend and so on. Had dbuffed told me before ordering that he can't complete them in a timely manner, I most likely would have used someone else's services and there would be no issues. However I am still willing to continue the order aslong as they can be finished today, as it literally is just a few quests according to dbuffed but by the current pace this is going nowhere.

    For obvious reasons I can't go into much detail publicly about the issues that had been ongoing but multiple people can confirm this.

    Buffed aims to have this completed by the weekend still, however hes had some irl issues within his family that have taken his focus and time away, however that is more than less sorted now, and hes focus is back on services, there has been constant contact between the two parties involved, (i have the screenshots of this, but il let buffed upload them) reasons where given as to the delay, and accounts where then funded by buffed to carry on what was required. Buffed will reply to this ticket later today to give a better update, and post the convo between them both. We do apologise for the delay and i know its not the high quality that is usually expected and given by buffed. We have also covered the membership on the accounts to cover the loss of time it has taken

    Good morning,

    Upon ordering I stated that the accounts should be completed ideally within 3 days, this isn't a deadline but rather an estimate and dbuffed stated that it's "easily completed within 3 days".

    On 6/21 Dbuffed stated "All accounts will be completed in the weekend". This isn't an estimation but rather a promise. I was expecting these accounts to be 100% ready in the weekend, note that this is nearly 3 weeks ago! If I had known they will not be ready as they were promised to be, I would have ordered more accounts to be serviced on by other people but I was waiting on these accounts so I didn't. Dbuffed did not notify me once that they wont be ready for the weekend. I had to ask myself on 6/30 (9 days later) for an update on the accounts. This is very unprofessional if you ask me.

    It's common business practice to not get your real life involved in your business, therefore if you are incapable of continuing the service due to constant new issues irl, should the order atleast partionally be passed to a worker. Especially when there was a timeframe discussed and there was an available worker. Regardless I waited patiently but after several times saying the accounts will be ready on the next weekend, I can't take seriously what Dbuffed says unfortunately.

    Hey there, just keeping this formal as to not waste too much of anyone's time


    So there was a issue with the order first of all where we received 2 day bans (not just my batches but a workers too) then soon after both me and my family came down with a sickness bug which took a few days to clear (all has been mentioned on discord*)

    As for my completion of them last night as per this report, that is correct. As people who know me first hand, I have children that do take quite a lot of my time up, and whilst I was and still am comitted to not just this order but orders in general and making sure they are completed in decent time this one wasn't the case which I can only apologize for, that on top of a major incident which happened more recently following us being ill stopped me being able to get on PC (as can be shown in the pictures that were provided) - Would rather not publically talk about this part, but if mods really need to verify let me know!

    Keeping on topic, last night I had to head off early which changed how much time I had online to complete things (thus ending the order) as my daughter who I spend a lot of time with, as people who talk to me frequently know she is autistic and had a night scare. I had to settle her and it got quite late, both myself and Username have spoke on discord and we're looking to have this fixed today

    I have also offered compensation for the delay of which has been agreed upon, and I have also used my own funds to support the accounts due to the loss of membership and such (around one third/half of the original payment in bonds/supplies) so if this doesn't provide enough that I am indeed trying i'm not sure what else would


    None the less, things are running smoother than I would of imagined, this can be marked as resolved as we have as far as i'm aware dealt with the matter privately in the end thank you.
