scammed by Ryza

I posted a thread asking if anybody had uc neopets for sale. Ryza PM'ed me and said they had an UC vwn draik neopet for sale for 100 dollars. They had vouces, so i went first with them and they asked for giftcards. i gave them four 25 dollar giftcards for gamestop. they replied back and said the giftcards do not work. i was positive they were valid and double checked. then i went to the website and checked the balance on the gift cards and they were all used. I replied back and said this to them and they have ignored me. I want a refund from this person. They have scammed me out of $100. The trade was done through PM. I am not sure how to go about this as i am very new to this site. I need this looked into and am prepared to turn to the police to handle this. If a sythe representative could look into this, it would be very appreciated. If I do not recieve my neopet or my money back from this person I will call the police.
