nmz for zerker help

I've never done NMZ and want to start to get into it for training, I can't find a guide that seems up to date... Can i host my own dreams now and how exactly do i start doing this. I have quest done, which bosses should i start with to get points and then what bosses should i used after that. Can someone also explain how the potions work? Sorry guys probably dumb questions but like i said i've never done nmz before. Thanks

 

what monsters should pick for custom?

 

The optimal bosses (for melee training, at least, not sure if it's the same list for range) are: Count Draynor, Tree Spirit, Khazard Warlord, Kendal, and King Roald. Bouncer and Black Demon are also decent alternatives if you haven't done some of the quests.

My stats are 60 attack 74 str 45 def and 43 prayer 71 hp

 

NMZ is literally the same as before they recently updated it. All guides should still apply (besides the magic ones as runes were free back in the day). The only difference now is that you can go into a game and choose your own bosses without the use of a host, but you can still opt to use a host for better points.

 

do vampire slayer, mountain daugher, fight arena and lost city. for vampire, kendall, khazard warlord and bouncer. put on all prayer gear with d sci and zammy holy book, monks robes/prostyle if u have it bring ppots and overload.

 

How many ppots and how many overloads? Also What set up would you guys recommend, I'm currently using zerk helm, torso, rune platelet, rune boots, fury, zerk ring, burrow gloves, fire cape and rune defender
