and I kind of believed him and then when I checked back in on him he said that he had just finished. I logged into my account and everything was gone. My fury, armadyl godsword and much more. All I have proof though is of 15M.

I'm sorry for your loss Huntxr, but Rollo was permanently banned a day or 2 ago for scamming. He will not be coming back.
